Do not send confidential technical material until an appropriate channel and handling arrangement have been agreed.
Customer support
Existing customers can contact support@sytance.com for account access, billing status, workspace operation, exports, and technical support.
Include the affected workspace or feature, what you expected, what occurred, when it occurred, and any safe reproduction steps. Screenshots or request identifiers can help, but passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, and unnecessary personal data must not be included.

How enquiries are handled
We route an enquiry according to its subject and may ask for information needed to verify the requester, locate the relevant account or record, reproduce a technical issue, or understand a commercial requirement.
Security reports follow the response targets in the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. Privacy requests are handled according to the applicable law and our role in relation to the data. Any binding commercial support time applies only where it is stated in a customer agreement.
